Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Verification Support Agent. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a luxury brand and thrive in a multicultural and multilingual environment while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

As a Lead Verification Support Agent, you will be responsible for contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest, forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system, securely working with customers' sensitive information, and applying the latest customer happiness practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attentive to details
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
