
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to lead growth and expand our client base in the renewable energy and land aggregation sectors. As a key member of our team, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop strategic business plans.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients, including real estate developers, renewable energy companies, and infrastructure firms; develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads; conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty; proactively address client needs and exceed expectations; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company; manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution.
- Business Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives; conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making; lead and mentor a team of business development professionals; foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Experience: At least 5 years in business development, sales, or a related field. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with high-level executives, including CEOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Experience in Renewable or Large Scale agricultural/industrial is a PLUS; proficiency in Chinese and Japanese languages is a PLUS.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the real estate, land solutions, solar and renewable energy, or infrastructure industry is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
