
Telecom Sales Leader

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Sales Leadership professional to drive growth strategy.
">- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting mid-market and enterprise clients across telecom, data infrastructure, and construction
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Build and manage pipelines of qualified opportunities
- Hire and mentor teams of sales/business development professionals over time
Responsibilities also include:
">- Marketing & Growth:
- Launch marketing campaigns communicating telecom and infrastructure solutions
- Build case studies and client success stories highlighting fiber, cabling, DAS, Wi-Fi, and data center expertise
- Manage online presence (SEO, website) to ensure Archetype is discoverable and trusted
- Strategy & Reporting:
- Partner with leadership to define growth targets and priorities
- Establish KPIs for sales and marketing performance and provide regular reports
- Identify new markets, verticals, and opportunities for expansion
Requirements:
">- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing, ideally in telecommunications, infrastructure, or industrial services
- Proven track record of building and closing pipelines from scratch
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and inbound lead generation
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, comfortable working in a growing company environment
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
