AI Safety Marketing Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our AI Safety Services team. This role involves planning and executing campaigns, events, and content that move prospects from curiosity to closed-won.

This leader will own field & ABM programs, partner with Sales & Product to craft messaging, define target lists, and orchestrate multi-touch sequences. Additionally, they will manage the calendar of in-person and virtual events, create and curate content, measure what matters, maintain ops hygiene, and bring experiences such as campaign & event ownership, compelling copywriting, data-driven mindset, project & stakeholder management, adaptability, marketing to AI or engineering personas, knowledge of GenAI / AI safety concepts, or experience with vertical/industry playboards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute campaigns, events, and content that drive pipeline and accelerate deals.
  2. Own field & ABM programs and partner with Sales & Product to craft messaging and define target lists.
  3. Orchestrate multi-touch sequences and manage the calendar of in-person and virtual events.
  4. Create and curate content, measure what matters, and maintain ops hygiene.
