As a strategic leader in marketing automation, you will spearhead the optimization of our marketing initiatives across the organization. This key role involves planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing campaigns to drive business impact. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data flow between platforms, foster lead nurturing programs, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver tangible results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns, managing and enhancing Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs
  • Ensuring smooth integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities, monitoring key automation and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports
  • Collaborating with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications
  • Maintaining database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation, researching trends, new tools, and best practices in marketing automation to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud)
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset with strong communication skills
