Remote Data Entry Clerk Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Remote Data Entry Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and customer service.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time remote position that requires strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • You will work directly with our office staff to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
  • Able to accurately and efficiently enter invoices in a timely manner, ensuring proper approvals are in place.
  • Process 2 and 3-way purchase order invoices and serve as primary contact between internal and external customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties, such as reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting or construction-related documents.
  • Work closely with regional management, project managers, and accounting teams to complete various tasks.
  • Maintain all office documents, both physical and digital, in an organized and easily accessible manner.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of subcontractors.
  • Review invoices for necessary documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • Daily data entry of invoices with proper approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clerical role, preferably as a data entry specialist.
  • Possess basic data entry skills and proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Able to deliver high-quality work consistently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to prepare basic reports and perform accurate computations and verification of data.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote work environment with US hours (8am-5pm EST) or PH time (8pm-5am).
