Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing key tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Enter purchase orders into QuickBooks, file them in a specific format, and maintain accurate records on a spreadsheet.
  • Shipping Coordination: Communicate with the warehouse to ship orders and update spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Digital Access Support: Send eBook access to customers using designated software.
  • Billing: Process invoices to the Department of Education after order shipment, adhering to specified formats.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor payments through the Board of Education website and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices.
  • Bookkeeping: Track expenses and income in QuickBooks.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer emails and inquiries related to orders promptly.
  • Data Management: Conduct data harvesting and maintain organized records.
  • General Management: Support other operational tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Experience in order processing, billing, and data management is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and email.
