Remote billing and accounts receivable specialist wanted to oversee and manage the entire billing process ensuring accuracy and efficiency

This role involves preparation and review of invoices for accuracy completeness and compliance with company policies. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and manage the collection process to ensure timely receipt of payments.

Key responsibilities include reconciling customer accounts resolving discrepancies and addressing any billing issues promptly. Developing and implementing effective strategies for improving the billing and collection process is also a critical part of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting finance or related field and at least 5-7 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and experience with accounting software and ERP systems are also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire billing process from start to finish including preparing and reviewing invoices monitoring accounts receivable aging reports and managing the collection process. They will also be responsible for reconciling customer accounts resolving discrepancies and addressing any billing issues promptly.

This is a remote work opportunity allowing you to work from anywhere in the world as long as you have a reliable internet connection. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
