We are seeking a skilled and experienced Invoice Manager to join our team. As an Invoice Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end billing function, ensuring accurate setup and maintenance of customer records, agreements, and invoicing in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in processing and issuing accurate invoices in line with company policies and client agreements
  • Strong ability to reconcile billing data and ensure timely payment processing
  • Experience supporting multi-region billing operations (e.g., international clients)
  • Skilled in managing customer accounts and agreements, including setup, updates, and terminations using billing systems
  • Capable of generating monthly and ad hoc invoices, credit notes, and handling billing inquiries and discrepancies
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining contracts for products, services, and solutions
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and customer service teams
  • Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills for generating and reviewing billing reports to detect errors or trends

The ideal candidate has experience in an MSP environment and excels in the following areas:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Proven experience in international billing operations
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software
  • Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
  • Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
