We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our Back Office team. This position is Full-Time and involves managing multiple books/entities.

Key responsibilities include recording financial transactions for AP, getting approvals to pay vendors, recording sales of goods or services between related and third parties, recording real estate purchases and sales using closing statements, reconciling bank accounts and credit cards, verifying transactions and ledgers, running regular expense reports and distributing them to management, and complying with federal, state, and local requirements as applicable.

The ideal candidate will have experience navigating QuickBooks and understanding GAAP and full-cycle accounting. They will also be able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with QuickBooks and GAAP
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
