Accounting Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and month/year-end closure.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to stakeholders based on thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants, offering training, performance feedback, and guidance.
Qualifications:
  • An active CPA license is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
