Revenue Cycle Management Professional

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Management Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for accounting professionals transitioning into U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Design and create tailored RCM training programs for accountants, focusing on medical billing, coding, claims processing, AR management, and compliance.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct live and virtual training sessions, utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and RCM software for hands-on training.
  • Technical Instruction: Teach insurance claims processing, denials management, payment posting, and AR follow-up; instruct on ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding basics and their integration into RCM workflows; explain Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursement policies for the U.S. market.
  • Certification Preparation: Assist trainees in preparing for industry certifications (e.g., CRCR, CPB, CMRS, CHFP); provide ongoing mentorship and career guidance for job placement in revenue cycle roles.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
  • Compliance Training: Ensure training covers HIPAA, compliance laws, fraud prevention, and best practices; stay updated with CMS regulations, payer policy changes, and RCM industry trends.
  • Workflow Optimization: Recommend workflow optimizations for reducing claim denials and improving cash flow.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training program development and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and claims processing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
