Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Accountant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance. This role requires working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate bookkeeping, financial analysis, and timely reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights.
  • Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments for financial planning.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Review and approve reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Monitor and improve internal controls.
  • Handle tax filings and compliance.
  • Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
  • Liaise with external auditors and consultants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
  • Willingness to work
    onsite
    and on a
    fixed night shift
    (9PM-6AM Ph time)

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems,
    Epicor, Prophet 21 (must).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
