Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Clinical Revenue Specialist, an essential role within our healthcare team.

This individual will be accountable for monitoring medical claims, investigating rejections and denials, and documenting related account activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient eligibility and benefits for accurate coverage.
  • Submit claims in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Obtain prior authorizations to facilitate smooth claim approvals.
  • Monitor claim status and conduct A/R follow-up for prompt payment.
  • Research and resolve claim rejections and denials to prevent future occurrences.
  • Generate patient statements without direct patient interaction.
  • Accurately document all account activities in a timely fashion.
  • Post manual payments, apply adjustments, and manage collections from various payers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end revenue cycle processes is required.
  • Proficiency in DME and Apero is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and healthcare providers are necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
