Job Title: Rental Property Revenue Cycle Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Rental Property Revenue Cycle Management Specialist. This role involves supporting the financial management of rental properties by managing and coordinating the revenue cycle processes.

About the Role
  • This position requires experience in managing and maintaining accurate financial records, as well as a strong understanding of financial management principles.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 8 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday.
  • The working environment may be fast-paced with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Credentialing and application processing for new tenants
  2. Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable and payable
  3. Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  4. Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  5. Providing proactive follow-up on outstanding payments and claims
  6. Investigating and resolving denied or disputed claims
  7. Collaborating with colleagues to improve business operations and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
