Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to provide essential administrative and operational support in running our initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management support with strong digital acumen, experience in managing enterprise tools and project coordination, and the ability to collaborate with global teams across different time zones.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing user access requests, permissions, and security roles within our system, maintaining and updating the category tree structure, supporting the lifecycle of active strategies, coordinating timely central uploads of spend data, following up on Management Information data requests, and managing and maintaining SharePoint sites and internal landing pages.

  • Admin / Operational Support:
  • Maintain user access and permissions

  • Manage MI data requests
  • Maintain SharePoint sites
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to work with collaborative platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint, project management tools, data systems)
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a project management or operational support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • Experience working with international or cross-functional teams is a plus
Work Conditions
  • Work Schedule: Night Shift
  • Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
  • Tools Used: Cirtuo, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other project management platforms
