Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our company. This is a key role that requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. They will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, tracking progress, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Job Deployment Schedules: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that job deployment schedules are met.
  • Track Timelines and Crew Assignments: Monitor project timelines and crew assignments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters, dispatchers, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Update Dashboards: Update ClickUp and Airtable dashboards with live project status to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collect and Organize Time Sheets and Labor Logs: Collect and organize time sheets and labor logs to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Follow Up with Techs and Leads: Follow up with technicians and leads to ensure job quality and adherence to client requirements.
  • Prepare Operational Reports: Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for the CEO to ensure visibility into project progress.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or field management in structured cabling, fiber optics, telecom installations, or data center infrastructure projects.
  • Strong Knowledge of Telecom Workflows: Strong knowledge of telecom workflows, including drops, patch panels, terminations, rack and stack, fiber pulls, etc.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Business Operations: Familiarity with U.S. business operations, including labor schedules, compliance tracking, and job costing.
  • Fluent in English: Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with U.S.-based teams.
  • Experience with Tools: Experience with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Bonus Qualifications

Prior experience working with U.S. staffing or contracting companies can be an advantage. Additionally, knowledge of OSHA/jobsite safety practices and ability to work U.S. hours (or partial overlap) are desirable skills.
