  • Audit existing open files to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive internal documentation for project progress reviews, ensuring transparency and collaboration among team members.
  • Coordinate external-facing status updates for clients, maintaining consistent and proactive communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely updates and resolving issues promptly.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a seasoned attorney in a specialized legal field and have opportunities for growth in a stable and long-term engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms), a proven background in project management, office administration, or operations, and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
