About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing user experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining proposals, project charters, workflows, and comprehensive policies and procedures. This includes promoting safety for users by completing initiatives and using AI to improve the quality and efficiency of Trust and Safety programs and operations.

Maintenance and update of significant Trust and Safety programs such as the Thumbtack Guarantee , the Solution Center, Non-Discrimination Policy , Data Privacy compliance, Dispute Mediation, Anomaly Detection, Terms of Service enforcement, Payments Risk, etc., is also required. Collaboration with Operations, Internal Tools, Legal, Enablement, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, etc., as needed, to align on the Trust and Safety vision, requirements, and enforcement strategies, is necessary.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in program management, policy or process management, with a track record of problem-solving skills and analytical decision-making.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to explain findings and recommendations to various stakeholders and audiences.
  • The ability to quickly build expertise, absorb details, and adapt to shifting priorities.
