We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our daily operations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the smooth execution of shifts on our platform, while providing excellent experiences for our workers. They will work closely with our Territory Operations Manager to understand customer needs and shape our daily operations accordingly.

  • Monitor and manage daily operations, including shift execution, worker management, and support issue resolution.

  • Coordinate with customers to understand their unique needs and tailor our services to meet those needs.

  • Provide top-notch experiences for our workers before, during, and after their shifts.

  • Ensure accurate payment and clocking in/out processes for our workers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a fast-growth company, preferably in track & trace, logistics coordination, or similar roles.

  • Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines.

  • An ownership mentality and strong work ethic that drives results every day.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy and care for our workers.

  • Customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting expectations, and building relationships.
