Dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead the recruitment process in Asia Pacific.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process from start to finish, identifying and sourcing top talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to craft impactful advertising and drive engagement across social media.

As a key member of our team, you will apply your expertise to engage and influence collaborators, ensuring high-quality screening, slate presentation, interviewing, and hiring decisions.

You will also represent our company's total compensation philosophy during offer negotiations, providing accurate and timely information to candidates.

Additionally, you will mentor candidates on selection stage preparation and provide feedback in accordance with local legislation and standard methodologies.

Requisition management is another critical aspect of this role, where you will manage and update requisitions through to completion, ensuring real-time system updates.

Community networking and continuous improvement projects are also part of this position, where you will attend marketing or industry events and engage in community networking as required, and continuously improve your knowledge of our company to maintain your evolving business understanding and knowledge.

Lastly, you will assess and analyze recruitment activity to support meaningful conversations around volumes, performance, and forecasting, participating in continuous improvement projects to improve the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, identifying and sourcing top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft impactful advertising and drive engagement across social media.
  • Apply recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage and communicate with internal and external talent, establishing a strong employer brand.
  • Represent our company's total compensation philosophy during offer negotiations.
  • Mentor candidates on selection stage preparation and provide feedback in accordance with local legislation and standard methodologies.
  • Manage and update requisitions through to completion, ensuring real-time system updates.
  • Attend marketing or industry events and engage in community networking as required.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of our company to maintain your evolving business understanding and knowledge.
  • Assess and analyze recruitment activity to support meaningful conversations around volumes, performance, and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global organization.
  • Successfully managed various hiring priorities while collaborating with collaborators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other collaborators.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment marketing and branding, with the ability to create and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting technologies, including ATS and CRMs.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
