Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator - Pricing & Accounts to join our team in Pasig City on a hybrid working setup. This role involves providing comprehensive commercial administrative support to ensure timely and consistent management of customer and contract-related activities.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years work experience and strong computer literacy, with advanced level Excel and SAP user skills highly desirable. They will be responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of sales contracts, managing contract variations, and ensuring the accuracy of business partner master data.

The Administrative Coordinator - Pricing & Accounts will maintain key commercial information, ensure Ariba approval compliance, and support material master data maintenance and plant code configuration requests. They will also act as a backup for commercial and marketing roles, supporting the creation of sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
