Job Description

The role of a Senior Administrative Coordinator at Hunter's Hub Inc. involves providing top-tier administrative support to the President/CEO. As an integral member of the executive team, you will be responsible for calendar management, prioritizing meetings, and optimizing time allocation.

You will also handle sensitive information with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Your strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities will enable you to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include project management, strategic planning, research, analysis, communication, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and special projects. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and knowledge of project management tools are highly valued.
