Sales Administration Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Sales Administration Coordinator to join our team at Seaoil. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience in sales and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Process administrative work for Retail Territory Managers, including posting station orders, reimbursement, and subsidy processes.
Provide backend support to frontlines, including monitoring payments, approvals, and other items needed for floor-up.
Prepare reports and databases and act as a source of data for officers.
Inform Branded Retail Officers and Collection, Ordering, and Scheduling representatives when outstanding balances have maximized credit terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in sales and administration.
- Experience in oil, gas, retail, or related industries is an advantage but not necessary.
- Willingness to do fieldwork as needed and ability to work extended hours when required.
