Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This key role will be responsible for administering daily functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence.
  • Provide employee support and guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar HR role (US)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
