Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for recruiting top talent, providing a seamless candidate experience, and driving performance in our fast-paced Talent Acquisition department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
  • Build relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters, and HRBPs to collaborate and drive results
  • Oversee onboarding tasks and questions for new hires, including background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and optimize scheduling efficiency
  • Conduct quality checks on offer documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with location-specific laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, with a strong track record in high-growth / fast-paced environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS and proficiency in using scheduling tools
  • Ability to quickly learn new tooling and follow processes for clean data creation
  • Professional demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a reactive, ambiguous, high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Curiosity about how we work and a desire to continuously improve
