Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

This is a key position that supports our talent acquisition process by managing compliance and onboarding tasks ensuring a seamless experience for candidates while maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and process pre-employment requirements including drug tests, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Manage onboarding paperwork and documentation for new hires ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
  • Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to scheduling, candidate communications, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment administration HR operations or staffing coordination.
  • Familiarity with pre-employment processes including drug testing background screening and onboarding compliance.
