Administrative and Financial Operations Coordinator

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to a leadership team, while also managing financial operations across multiple business entities. Responsibilities include calendar coordination, communication management, comprehensive administrative task coordination, QuickBooks financial operations, verifying invoices, processing payroll, and collaborating directly with leadership on administrative analysis and operational improvements.
