Highly Skilled Administrative Coordinator

A highly skilled and proactive administrative coordinator is sought to join the Australian Outsource Desk Inc. team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with XERO Accounting Software.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for inbound call handling, client follow-up, scheduling and coordination, administrative support, project tracking, and continuous improvement. This role requires exceptional communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication skills, be proficient in CRM systems, XERO Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools. Experience with project management software is a plus. You must also be a team-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships with team members and clients.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including career growth opportunities, a supportive and positive culture, and an inclusive workplace.
