Job Description:

The Business Growth Specialist plays a vital role in driving the scale of our Global Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Infrastructure Management:
    • Establish and manage customer accounts, including user provisioning, group creation, and site hierarchy setup.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Executive teams to ensure timely completion of onboarding-related tasks.
  • Content Development:
    • Create standardized templates and forms based on customer requirements and best practices.
    • Assist in developing content libraries to support customer self-service and product adoption.
  • Program Execution:
    • Support the execution of customer success programs, including communication, user health checks, and account optimization.
    • Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for automated engagement.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Document best practices for account setup and template building.
    • Serve as operational subject matter expert for our customer success platform.
  • Renewal Support:
    • Assist customers and our Customer Success Managers and Account Executives in the renewals process.

This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data management, and exceptional communication skills. A collaborative mindset and focus on process improvement are also essential.
