Business Growth Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients in target markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct ongoing market and industry research to uncover trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Clients Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:
    • Track, identify, and add qualified leads to the sales pipeline.
    • Drive the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to contract finalization.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to develop and deliver mutually beneficial proposals.
    • Track and report on proposal status and key metrics regularly.
  • Proposal & Contract Management:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service proposals.
    • Work with pricing departments to create competitive rate proposals.
    • Prepare and submit sales contracts and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate key terms to internal stakeholders.
  • Business Development:
    • Gather and analyze customer and competitor data to inform business strategy.
    • Make and deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
    • Develop strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and market presence.
    • Create and implement internal processes that support operational excellence and scalability.
    Requirements:
    • Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing client accounts.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, environment.
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
