We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and account management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Business Development Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and feasibility studies for EMEA clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, timelines, and project inputs.
- Manage client accounts, CRM records, and sales pipelines.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and new partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Provide timely updates to the Business Development Manager on progress, opportunities, and client concerns.
- Support the BDM in client meetings, calls, and industry events.
- Participate in strategy sessions to improve service delivery.
- Coordinate communications with Manila-based sales and operations teams.
- Ensure smooth project handover and transition to operations.
- Collaborate with project management, operations, and marketing teams to meet client needs.
- At least 2-3 years experience in Business Development and Account Management.
- Market Research industry experience is preferred.
