Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our reach into various markets, securing new deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • You will develop a comprehensive strategy and business growth plan for assigned products or services.
  • Manage the entire customer pipeline to identify new opportunities and close deals.
  • Perform contract acquisition functions, including pricing and commercial strategy, contract preparation, and negotiation.
  • Evaluate project proposals to provide the best technical solution at a competitive financial offer.
  • Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • PARTicipate in branding initiatives and activities such as exhibits and sponsorships.
  • Gather and manage data for market analysis using basic data analysis methodologies.
  • Provide routine reports on market and customer analysis using word processing and spreadsheet capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or engineering field, preferably Management, Marketing, Economics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Preferably, experience in the energy industry.
