Your Primary Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive support to clients through Email and LiveChat, addressing complex queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with Product Teams in JIRA to facilitate smooth information exchange and meet SLA requirements.
- Support Level 1 representatives with core tasks.
- Meet individual and team performance targets set by the department.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (desired)
