As a Client Success Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
You will prepare monthly operation and business review reports to track competitor activities and establish Bellwether Accounts.
Your goal will be to achieve 100% monthly sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss sales strategies, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Negotiate shelf space and pricing with clients to maximize sales revenue.
- Implement FIFO stock management to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree graduate in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as Distributor Specialist or Key Account Specialist.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Solid customer service attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Availability to travel as needed.
