Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key account decision-makers through active listening, empathy, and timely follow-up;
- Develop comprehensive understanding of client businesses, markets, and goals to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth;
- Design and implement tailored plans to drive sales growth, improve product visibility, and enhance client satisfaction;
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms;
- Serve as a single point of contact for key account stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and escalating matters when necessary;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of client-facing initiatives and delivery of promised value;
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline developments, and business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with relevant experience in FMCG;
- Proven expertise in account management, relationship-building, and business development;
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
