We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Wholesale Director to lead our global sales strategy, drive international growth and cultivate long-term relationships with top-tier retail partners. This senior-level role requires deep industry knowledge, a strong network of buyers and wholesale accounts, and a proven ability to expand market presence while preserving brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global wholesale sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  2. Nurture and maintain relationships with key buyers, department stores, specialty boutiques and luxury retail partners worldwide.
  3. Represent the brand at international trade shows, market weeks, showrooms and private appointments.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to align seasonal collections with market demand and commercial strategy.
  5. Provide insights on product feedback, regional trends and market performance to inform collection development.
  6. Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules with wholesale partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational capabilities.
  7. Forecast sales, manage budgets and monitor KPIs to meet or exceed targets.
  8. Identify and secure new opportunities in emerging or underdeveloped markets while maintaining high standards of brand placement.
  9. Develop and deliver sales presentations, training and materials for external partners and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  1. 7+ years of experience in sales within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on global wholesale and B2B relationship management.
  2. A strong network of buyers and established contacts across key international markets.
  3. A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, growing wholesale revenue and expanding brand presence in high-end retail environments.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  5. Highly organized with the ability to manage complex timelines, markets and product assortments.
  6. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of margin structures, pricing strategies and global market dynamics.
  7. A willingness to travel as needed for key appointments, events and seasonal markets.
