Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global wholesale sales strategy, drive international growth, and cultivate long-term relationships with top-tier retail partners.

  1. Lead the development of a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy, including market expansion, account acquisition, and revenue growth targets.
  2. Manage and nurture relationships with key buyers, department stores, specialty boutiques, and luxury retail partners worldwide.
  3. Represent the brand at international trade shows, market weeks, showrooms, and private appointments.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to align seasonal collections with market demand and commercial strategy.
  5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with wholesale partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational capabilities.
  6. Forecast sales, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:

This role requires deep industry knowledge, a strong network of buyers and wholesale accounts, and a proven ability to expand market presence while preserving brand integrity.

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on global wholesale and B2B relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex timelines, markets, and product assortments.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
