Wholesale & Merchandising Coordinator

Chino Roces Ave., Makati City | Full-time, Office-based

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Wholesale & Merchandising Coordinator to manage the flow of merchandise, coordinate wholesale partner needs, and keep operations running smoothly. You'll handle key retail accounts, ensure products are delivered on time, maintain healthy stock levels, and support marketing and merchandising initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with wholesale partners (e.g., SM) to fulfill orders, manage pull-outs, and resolve delivery concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure availability and optimal stock health.
  • Review sales data and partner feedback to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Provide merchandising insights to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Consolidate monthly store supply requests while staying within budget.
  • Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and performance records.
  • Assist in training and orienting staff on product updates and operational changes.
  • Prepare manpower schedules and provide general administrative support to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Experience in retail, merchandising, or wholesale coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills; able to express ideas clearly in English.
  • Confident, organized, and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
