Global Compensation Strategist

Job Description:

As a Global Compensation Strategist, you will collaborate with HRBPs and the broader HR organization to develop and standardize global compensation strategies. You will analyze market trends and lead internal/external market analysis to create pay ranges that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in global compensation surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained.
  • Partner with Global Compensation team to manage process of global merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
  • Lead design and management of benefits programs for the APJ region.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics to support decision-making with data-driven insights.
What You Will Bring:

You have 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits with strong analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills. You excel at managing multiple high-priority tasks while maintaining attention to detail and following through on commitments.

Additional Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, are also beneficial. Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, or survey management tools can be an added advantage.
