Global Payroll Coordinator Specialist

Job Description:

  • Coordinate outsourced payroll and accounting services globally across TMF network offices and third-party partners for client entities worldwide.
  • Maintain/update client reporting tools, including statutory deadlines calendars and KPI reports.
  • Coordinate internal billing processes, invoice verification, and approval.
  • Create/updated process maps, manuals, and issue logs.
  • Resolve client queries on payroll and accounting matters in close cooperation with TMF local offices.
  • Ensure coordinated delivery of services by TMF local offices and third-party business providers according to statutory and local compliance requirements, master and local service agreements, and agreed SLAs.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients on ongoing governance matters and ad hoc projects covering multiple jurisdictions.
  • Identify areas and processes for further development and recommend changes to improve unit efficiency.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of department projects, work methods, and procedures.
  • Resolve problems within area of responsibility and liaise with appropriate resource persons to obtain and provide information on diverse and complex issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll coordination, familiar with company internal processes or within SSC/BPO, preferably gained in an international client-facing work environment.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Fast learner and versatile individual with strong coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize time-critical tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Good team player.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
