Employee Central Payroll Specialist

This is a mid-senior level position in the Information Technology sector, specifically within IT Services and IT Consulting. We are looking for an expert to support and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients.
  • Provide expert advice on payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand payroll issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support.
  • Train and support end-users to ensure successful adoption of the payroll system.
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience as SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of HCM platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and practices including Payroll and Time Management configuration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module along with integration to Finance system.
  • Hands on experience in Payroll configuration (schema, PCR, Wage Type attributes, Payroll Posting, Pay Day reporting to IRD) as well as Time configuration (Schema, rules, time evaluation).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central.
