About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Enablement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our global payroll enablement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch payroll services.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver training programs that equip our clients with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage their payrolls. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, implementation, and customer success, to ensure seamless integration of our payroll solutions.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike. Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that meet the evolving needs of our clients, focusing on payroll best practices, compliance, and regulatory updates.
  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, providing guidance on payroll setup, configuration, and testing.
  • Ongoing Support: Offer expert-level support to clients, addressing payroll-related queries, resolving issues, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within our payroll processes and propose actionable solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field;
  • Past experience working with payroll systems, software, and tools;
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, laws, and compliance requirements;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines;
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
