Payroll Coordinator

Hybrid Set-up | Full-Time

We're looking for a Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate, timely, and confidential payroll processing for employees and contractors. You'll manage payroll data, calculate salaries and deductions, prepare reports, and work closely with HR and Finance using systems like Workday to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll across multiple locations and employee types.
  • Verify timekeeping, overtime, and leave records via Workday or related systems.
  • Calculate adjustments for hires, terminations, and leaves.
  • Maintain payroll records, banking, and tax documentation.
  • Review payroll reports, investigate discrepancies, and make corrections.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll changes.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years payroll experience, preferably in multinational or multi-site settings.
  • Experience with Workday (payroll module or HR/time integration) preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
