Job Title: Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for finance and payroll management.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in payroll, finance, or human resources. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is also essential.

A strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance is necessary for this role. The successful candidate will be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues
  • Preparing and reviewing reports
  • Processing statutory deductions
  • Auditing payroll registers
