Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional to coordinate monthly payrolls with our external service provider.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, providing guidance to staff and management on payroll matters, and supporting the end-to-end processing of company payrolls.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing outsourced payroll providers, familiarity with UK PAYE requirements and US federal and state income tax withholding system, and knowledge of key global mobility processes.

The role involves working closely with HR to ensure accuracy of employee data, contributing to ad-hoc reporting and projects, and providing first-line support to the payroll service provider.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  2. Provide payroll related guidance to staff and management.
  3. Support the end-to-end processing of company payrolls.
  4. Liaise with staff and management on payroll related queries.
  5. Liaise with HR to ensure accuracy of employee data.
  6. Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of managing outsourced payroll providers.
  • Familiarity with UK PAYE requirements and US federal and state income tax withholding system.
  • Knowledge of key global mobility processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
