Administrative Operations Support Role

This is a highly organized and proactive role that plays a key part in supporting daily operational functions across multiple departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls, managing accounts receivables, orders inbox, price reviews and notifications, product database management, procurement support, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service - Answering calls and attending to customer enquiries as required.
  • Accounts Receivables Management.
  • Orders Inbox Management.
  • Price Reviews and Notifications Management.
  • Product Database Management.
  • Procurement Support - Data Analysis, PO Generation.
  • HR Administration as Required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in call-based customer service roles.
  • Prior data entry experience is ideal.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo or SAP) is preferable.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service skills and comfort conversing with diverse personalities.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently.
