Administrative Support Professional

We seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide top-notch administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store and maintain documents and files in a secure and easily accessible manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including preparing lead lists, meeting minutes, and payroll information.
  • Conduct research on products and services, making purchases as needed.
  • Update and maintain marketing campaigns through a CRM system.
  • Prepare statements, invoices, and track payments and expenses.
  • Research industry trends and best practices, creating detailed reports.
  • Manage projects, communicate with team members, and organize company data.
  • Coordinate team schedules, prevent conflicts, and ensure clients are prepared for meetings.
  • Book travel arrangements, hotels, and rental cars as needed.
  • Respond to emails, follow up on correspondence, and notify clients about important emails.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • At least 18 years of age and completed Senior High School.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Online calendar management skills (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
