
HR Operations Coordinator

Our organization seeks an accomplished HR Operations Coordinator who excels at fostering a positive work environment and ensuring seamless administrative tasks execution.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff members regarding schedules, time off, or compensation inquiries.
- Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs to maintain optimal team performance.
- Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules using relevant systems.
- Prepare and submit accurate payroll data through our platform.
- Assist on-site staff in procuring office and medical supplies.
- Escalate complex or sensitive HR matters to leadership for expert guidance.
- Monitor key client renewal dates and prepare comprehensive employer reports.
- Conduct patient outreach for failed payments, missing registration items, or incomplete forms.
- Support job postings and interview scheduling processes.
- Respond to routine internal or patient-facing questions.
- Maintain internal SOPs and ensure their accessibility.
- Be accessible via phone, email, and text during EST business hours.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Previous experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations is necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional teamwork management are crucial.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, as well as healthcare records and billing software, is expected.
