Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of High-Level Administrative Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional support to senior leaders and contributing to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and external clients. Additionally, they will be tasked with maintaining digital filing systems, tracking open items, and providing regular status updates to senior executives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience managing calendars, emails, and documents for senior executives.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Comfortable and professional handling phone communications.
